Do you have Ceremony Script prepared or will you be relying on the officiant for that?*

If you have a particular script language you would like recited and read, if you can please provide that to me to have as back up.

Have you prepared your own vows or will you be reciting the standard officiant vows as repeat after me?*

If you have prepared your own vows, you can provide those as well, so I can make sure these are not forgotten, in case you need to read from the paper. This is not necessary, only as a backup.

Can you provide me with a list of the wedding party and their roles?*

If you have an order in which you would like them to enter and exit ceremony and reception, please provide this as well.

Will Groomsmen act as ushers?*

Do you have a list of most important photography shots prepared?*

Please list the most important shots, that can not be missed. Getting Ready, First Look, Special Sentiments, such as an heirloom. First Kiss, Photo with Special Guests, Sunset Photo

Do you have any special requests regarding setup at the reception?*

Tipping the vendors

Tipping the vendors is typical and if you plan on doing this, PLEASE PREPARE ENVELOPES AHEAD OF TIME. You may give these to me, for when you are ready to present them or allow one of your responsible guests to manage them.

Please list any duties you would like from me as well, that may not be common.

I will be at your service throughout the days leading up to and during the wedding day. If there is any thing in particular that you want to make sure I am there for or doing, please note that here, otherwise, I will be on hand managing and overseeing that all of the above-mentioned properties are taken care of.
